Gelflex is a remeltable PVC moulding compound that forms a flexible mould. It has good tensile strength and is very flexible, allowing castings with deep undercuts.
Ideal for castings made from plaster and concrete.
The Gelflex melts at 130°C / 135°C and is poured over suitable masters.
A release agent is not normally required.
A major advantage is that when the mould is worn or requires replacement, it can be cut up, remelted and reused.
Pot life: 3-4 mins
Demould: 10 mins
